• Completed projects - Project files are retained for 7 years to comply with professional standards and in case any issues come up down the road
• Inquiries that don't move forward - If we chat but don't end up working together, we'll keep your initial contact info for about a year in case you change your mind
• Marketing lists - Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your data so it can't be traced back to you.
